Alyval Regenera Intimate Cream is a gynaecologically tested restorative formulation designed to support intimate skin affected by thinning, dryness and reduced elasticity. It is suitable for atrophic tissue, vulval dryness, skin compromised by surgical procedures or pharmaceutical treatments, and for use in supporting the management of symptoms associated with lichen sclerosus.
Unlike daily intimate care formulations, Alyval Regenera is developed for skin where tissue integrity and barrier function are compromised and require targeted restorative support.

Pealiquitech™ Technology
At the heart of this innovation is Alyval’s patented pealiquitech™ technology, featuring PEA (palmitoylethanolamide) — a naturally occurring molecule with anti-inflammatory, soothing, antimicrobial, and neuroprotective properties. Because PEA has poor solubility, it is typically difficult for the skin to absorb. Through a unique solubilisation process, pealiquitech™ ensures PEA remains stable, active, and bioavailable at high concentrations, providing a gradual release for maximum efficacy.
This advanced formulation is further enriched with hyaluronic acid, which provides deep hydration and supports tissue health. Vitamin E (Tocotrienols) offers antioxidant protection and helps to restore delicate intimate skin. It also contains Biosaccharide Gum-2, a natural polysaccharide that acts as a biological shield, protecting the skin from external irritants and helping to regulate inflammatory responses.

Vulvar Lichen Sclerosus (VLS)
A randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical study at IRCCS Policlinico San Martino (Genoa, Italy) evaluated Alyval Regenera as maintenance therapy for vulvar lichen sclerosus (VLS) after a 12-week course of potent topical corticosteroids. The study was carried out on 76 women over a period of 3 months.
The study found a higher patient satisfaction in the Alyval Regenera group (61.3% vs 25.0%; p=0.004) and a significantly lower symptom relapse rate (19.4% vs 43.8%; p=0.04).

Key ingredients
- pealiquitech™: Has anti-inflammatory, soothing, antimicrobial, immunomodulatory and neuroprotective properties. PEA also has an ‘entourage effect’, amplifying the effectiveness of other active compounds.
- Biosaccharide Gum-2: A polysaccharide from bacterial fermentation with rhamnose, galactose, and glucuronic acid. Works as a “biological shield,” modulating inflammation and protecting skin from irritants. Reduces pro-inflammatory cytokines (IL-1β, IL-6), easing itch, burning, redness, and irritation. Supports barrier repair in atrophic or lichen-affected skin.
- Tocotrienols: Advanced forms of vitamin E with antioxidant power up to 40x higher than tocopherols. Combined with tocopherols, they protect DNA, stimulate collagen, improve elasticity, and promote tissue repair. Especially effective for lichen, enhancing regeneration and skin comfort.

How to use
After cleansing the intimate area with Alyval Vital Cleanser, apply a small amount of Alyval Regenera Intimate Cream directly to the area and gently massage. Use daily or as needed. For external use.
